We keep your email address and preferences for as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe:
- We remove your address from all active sending lists immediately.
- We retain a suppression record (your email in hashed form) for up to 2 years to ensure we do not accidentally re-add you.
- All other personal data is deleted within 90 days.
Server logs containing IP addresses are automatically purged after 30 days.
8. Security
We take security seriously:

- Access to subscriber data is restricted to team members who need it to operate the service.
